The Yachtsman Resort is centrally located on the beach at the 14 Ave. Pier entrance to the new oceanfront 1.2 mile long boardwalk and promenade. If you like golf, the Yachtsman Ownership can provide you Discounted Golf at several area courses. In some cases, only cart fee may be charged.

All units are elegantly furnished and directly OCEANFRONT. All vacation time is on a floating time plan, which is divided into three seasons. They are:

RED - Mid-April through October
WHITE - March through Mid-April and November
BLUE - January, February, December.

Each year you receive a reservation request package and follow the easy-to-use program.

The floating time system allows for flexibility of your vacation time, and ownership is deeded with Right of Survivorship.
